Phillip Clayton

Creative Director

Phil became immersed in the exciting world of interactive media back in 1994 and rose through the ranks to become new media creative director at The Team brand communication consultants at the age of 29.

He has 13 years of digital design experience through working on major interactive projects such as CD-roms and enterprise level web & intranet sites, for a wide range of companies from blue-chips to start-ups, picking up awards along the way.

Phil co-founded Lime in 2002 and is focussed on growing a forward-thinking interactive agency driven by bright ideas.

Recent achievement - Designed and built a shed from scratch.

Jonathan Allenby

Technical Director

After graduating from Cambridge, Jon gained 10 years of experience in all aspects of the software industry. He has a strong understanding of popular culture on the web and interactive media and completed a part-time MA in Cultural Studies at Goldsmith’s College London where he is currently writing his PhD thesis (also part-time).

Jon is driven by a passionate interest in both the technical and cultural aspects of the industry, and has an equally profound love of theory and practice.

Recent achievement - Completed the Sussex Beacon half marathon in under 2 hours.

Alexis Dallas

Project Manager/Producer

Alexis joined LIME from the BBC via Australia. Culminating her previous experience in print and event management, elearning, education and filmmaking, Alexis moved to new media, because ‘that’s where the excitement is’.

Of most interest, is the convergence of film, new and social media and the opportunities they present for independent filmmakers.

She struggles to fight off new story ideas so that she can continue to write her second feature film.

Charbel Abi-Maroun

Senior Developer

Charbel started his career as a communication engineer and has been working in web development for the past 4 years and has also worked on multiple lead management systems and e-marketing solutions.

He's spent the last few years staring at you tube, bebo and facebook... so why haven't we fired him? Well, Charbel is an expert on social networking sites and is currently working day and night delivering a new social networking site for Lime and our partners.

Outside of Lime, Charbel enjoys skiing, swimming, camping and hiking.

Alvaro Mari-Thompson

Senior Developer

A multi-disciplined developer of sorts, Alvaro’s been producing and delivering applications for the last 9 years. With a wide-ranging experience in various commercial and open-source technologies, he’s delivered projects of all shapes and sizes, including real-time critical VoIP systems, CRM platforms and client / server applications.

A Microsoft .NET specialist, he likes to keep on the cutting edge of the latest developments in the industry. Alvaro is also a semi-professional photographer, specialising in fashion and beauty. He can often be found moonlighting as Austin Powers in his East London studio.

Zoha Zoya

Designer

Zoha is a talented designer from Lebanon and is knowledgeable in all technical and creative aspects of the project production cycle having gained two years experience working as a web/print designer in Lebanon.

She recently completed an MA in Interactive Media at the LCC focusing on the enormous impact of Web 2.0. The topic of her final thesis discussed the potential of 2D & 3D virtual environments in healing soldiers with post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD).

Zoha’s hobbies include: reading crime stories, playing games and drawing.

Adam Ellingford

Designer

Adam is a CSS expert with sublime web production skills. Couple this with an amazing eye for detail and advanced knowledge of php, and you get an all-round excellent web producer

Trained as a fine artist, Adam brings to the table much more than just web production. Unfortunately we can't seem to prise him away from Brighton on a full time basis. We keep trying though.

He is a keen cyclist and has recently become a new father. He likes to eat chinese for lunch.

Stefan Grath

Junior Developer

Stefan has a keen interest in programming and .Net. He has recently passed the MCTS Microsoft exams and is looking to push his new skills to the max working on some great projects for great clients.

We welcome him as the newest member of the team and look forward to watching him shine over the coming months.

Interests include golf, running, skiing, music and reading.
